User Agreement By submitting an order, you agree to the following:
- Copyright Warranty: You affirm that you own the rights or have permission to use any logos or designs submitted for digitizing or patch production. We reserve the right to refuse service for trademarked material without proof of authorization.
- Usage Rights: We reserve the right to display photos of finished products (patches) in our portfolio or social media unless you explicitly request a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
- File Compatibility: For digitizing, we provide files in [Insert Formats, e.g., .DST, .PES]. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their machines are compatible.
