Service-Based Work (Digitizing & Vectoring)
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if work has not yet begun. Once a designer has started the digitizing/vectoring process, a [e.g., 50%] labor fee will apply.
- Revisions: We offer free rounds of minor revisions to ensure the file meets your specifications. Major design changes from the original brief may incur additional costs.
- Refunds: Due to the custom nature of digital files, refunds are generally not provided once the final file is delivered.
Physical Goods (Custom Patches)
- Defects: If the physical patches arrive damaged or differ significantly from the approved digital proof, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Customer Error: We cannot offer refunds for errors (typos, color choices) that were present in the digital proof approved by the customer.
